氧化鋁空心球是一種新型的高溫隔熱材料，它是用工業(yè)氧化鋁在電爐中熔煉吹制而成的，晶型為a-Al2O3微晶體。以氧化鋁空心球?yàn)橹黧w，可制成各種規(guī)格耐火輕質(zhì)品，使用溫度達(dá)1800℃，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低，各種氣氛下性能穩(wěn)定。在石化工業(yè)氣化爐、炭黑工業(yè)反應(yīng)爐、冶金工業(yè)感應(yīng)電爐等高溫、超高溫窯爐上得到廣泛應(yīng)用，取得了十分滿意的節(jié)能效果。
Alumina bubble balls is a new type of high-temperature insulation material. It is made of commercial alumina through melting and blowing in an electric furnace. Its crystallographic form is a-Al2O3 micro-crystal. Taking alumina hollow ball as the main material, a variety of fire-resistant and lightweight products can be made. It’s highest service temperature can be reached to 1800℃, with high mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity, and has stable performance in various atmospheres. The gasifier reactor, carbon black industry in the petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, induction furnace, such as high temperature, super high temperature kiln is widely used, has obtained the energy saving effect is very satisfied.
