鋁單板產(chǎn)品說明：
可以根據(jù)圖紙及用戶要求設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)各種形狀、不規(guī)則的非標(biāo)、異形板，完全能夠根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)師們的設(shè)計(jì)豐富幻想空間要求，達(dá)到美倫美奐的裝飾效果！
鋁單板是采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁合金板材為基材，再經(jīng)過數(shù)控折彎等技術(shù)成型，表面噴涂裝飾性涂料的一種新型天花吊頂、內(nèi)墻、外墻裝飾材料。
鋁單板基材采用1100H24、1060H24、3003H24、5005H24等幕墻專用單層鋁合金板。
氟碳鋁單板其構(gòu)造主要由面板、加強(qiáng)筋和角碼等部件組成。成型工件尺寸可達(dá)6000mm×1800mm（L×W）
常規(guī)厚度：2.0mm、2.5mm、3.0mm。
鋁單板的特點(diǎn)：
1、重量輕，鋼性好、強(qiáng)度高3.0mm厚鋁板每平方反重8kg，抗拉強(qiáng)度100-280n/mm2
2、耐候性和耐腐蝕性好。
3、工藝性好。采用先加工后噴漆工藝，鋁板可加工成平面、弧型和球面等各種復(fù)雜幾何形狀。
4、涂層均勻、色彩多樣。先進(jìn)靜電噴涂技術(shù)使得油漆與鋁板間附著均勻一致，顏色多樣，選擇空間大。
5、不易玷污，便于清潔保養(yǎng)。氟涂料膜的非粘著性，使表面很難附著污染物，更具有良好向潔性。
6、安裝施工方便快捷。鋁板在工廠成型，施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不需裁切，固定在骨架上即可。
7、可回收再利用，有利環(huán)保。鋁板可100%回收，不同于玻璃，石材，陶瓷，鋁塑板等裝飾材料，回收殘值高。
