隨著過濾工況的不斷進行，濾袋外表面上的粉塵越積越多，設(shè)備的運行阻力逐漸增加，為了保證系統(tǒng)的正常運行，高壓離線脈沖袋式除塵器阻力的上限通常維持在1200～1600Pa范圍內(nèi)，當超過此限定范圍，由清灰控制器定時或定阻地發(fā)出指令，也可用手動來進行三狀態(tài)清灰。
