1、本機由數控系統(tǒng)，自動送料系統(tǒng)，切割系統(tǒng)組成和輔助系統(tǒng)，夾具等組成。
2、設備切割尾料可控制在100mm以內，切割產品基本無浪費；
3、主軸精度在0.01mm以內，采用步進橫向進刀，更加穩(wěn)定，配合超薄鋸片使用，每天可節(jié)約成本達上千元；
4、配上微量潤滑裝置和鋁合金專用切削油可提高鋸片使用壽命達30%以上；
5、自動送料系統(tǒng)由伺服電機，滾珠絲桿，和線性導軌組成。切割系統(tǒng)主要由主軸電機， 液壓缸，線性導軌組成。主軸電機通過精密滑塊置于水平線性導軌上，由液壓站推動往返由內向外運動，運行平穩(wěn)，垂直度好，切割寬度大。
6、具備分刀系統(tǒng)，即當切割完畢后，托料臺會輕微移開確保切割面不受損害。
7、采用雙向吸塵并配合全封閉式保護罩，更好的收集鋁屑，便于7S管理。
