鑫拓109R系列IMD成型機(jī)有經(jīng)驗用于生產(chǎn)手機(jī)保護(hù)套，電器面板等表面裝飾件的片材成型，設(shè)備采用液壓驅(qū)動，出力平穩(wěn)，發(fā)熱裝置采用碳纖維管，發(fā)熱速度快，壽命長。
IMD/IML熱壓成型機(jī)：1. D/E是設(shè)備配置區(qū)別，A/B/C是工作壓力主缸動力區(qū)別，根據(jù)模具和生產(chǎn)的需求配置，外觀造型一致為四柱封閉式。
2. 三板四柱結(jié)構(gòu)平行精度高，有效保護(hù)模具壽命及提高產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性。
3. 四柱采用高度度合金鋼制作，表面鍍硬，耐磨性好；
4. 本機(jī)只需更換模具，成型和沖切即可兩用。
5. 碳纖維發(fā)熱管，升溫快，發(fā)熱均勻，溫度穩(wěn)定。加熱功能方便開關(guān)更節(jié)能環(huán)保。封閉式外罩外加配置安全光幕安全系數(shù)高。
6. 設(shè)備機(jī)身下方裝有腳杯，方便校正機(jī)身與地面的水平。
