鋁鎂錳涂層產(chǎn)品
金屬屋面及墻面系統(tǒng)經(jīng)常選用的鋁鎂錳合金 (3004/3104鋁合金) 材料，其具有質(zhì)輕、結(jié)構(gòu)強度適中、耐候、耐漬、易于焊接加工的特點。正常使用下，原材料壽命長達50年。
鋁鎂錳合金鋁板另可配上建筑專項使用 PVDF或材料王涂料，應(yīng)用在工業(yè)及民用建筑上，使用壽命在20 年以上 。材料的顏色范圍廣泛,總能從鮮艷的亮色到閃耀的金屬色系列中選出您滿意的色彩。色彩是創(chuàng)造建筑美學效果特別重要的因素。PVDF 采用 70/30 配比的材料樹脂 , 經(jīng)連續(xù)預(yù)輥涂工藝處理加工而成，根據(jù)不同的顏色與烘烤工藝，其涂層可分為二涂和三涂系統(tǒng)，表面質(zhì)量優(yōu)，顏色均勻，色差非常小。我們可以按你的要求為您提供個性化色彩。
材料王涂料是引用日本大金公司較新研制的四氟樹脂培配合我公司新工藝研制而成，具有超級耐候的特點。經(jīng)國家建材檢驗中心檢驗,耐候性在同類產(chǎn)品中是較好的。通過4000小時耐鹽霧試驗，其結(jié)果為：涂層經(jīng)4000h人工加速老化后，無粉化現(xiàn)象0級，光澤度保持率為91%。變色等級為1級，其中光澤度指標遠大于國家標準85%的要求。
