恒瑞陶瓷纖維模塊是由經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的技工將恒瑞陶瓷纖維毯經(jīng)折疊或切塊層疊，經(jīng)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)備加工而成的。具有尺寸準(zhǔn)確，表面平整等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，可應(yīng)用于各種熱工設(shè)備的爐襯，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量可靠，安裝快捷，隔熱性能優(yōu)越。
Hengrui ceramic fiber module is made of Hengrui ceramic fiber blanket which is folded or cut by experienced professional technicians. It use special equipments for producing module to confirm the precise dimensions and keep smooth surface of module, designed for various of thermal furnaces. The products have some characteristics such as reliable quality, quick installation, superior insulation properties.
恒瑞纖維模塊錨固件系統(tǒng)采用加強(qiáng)M型錨固件，M型錨固件具有非常大的強(qiáng)度，離冷面更近，錨固件在高溫下承受溫度較低，保證其高溫強(qiáng)度。固定桿采用優(yōu)異耐熱鋼與同質(zhì)沖壓蝶形片焊接一體，兩根圓形固定桿預(yù)埋于模塊之中，加大了承重面積，確保錨固件系統(tǒng)牢固。
Hengrui ceramic fiber module use the enhanced M-type anchors, which have greater strength, closer to the cold face. It can make sure the strength in high temperature. The fixed link was welding together with the high quality heat-resistance steel and stamping butterfly plate. The two round fixed link were embedded in the module system, enlarged the bearing area and ensured the firm of anchor system.
