The mould temperature machine consists of media box, heating cooling system, power transmission system, liquid level cool system and temperature sensor, injection port and so on. Normally, the pump to make hot fluid in the power transmission system from medium box has a built-in heater and cooler to mould, again from the mold back to medium tank; The temperature sensor measures the temperature of the hot fluid and transfers the data to the cooller part of the cool. The cooller regulates the temperature of the hot fluid, which indirectly adjusts the temperature of the mold. If in production mold temperature machine, mould temperature more than set value of the cooller, the cooller will open the solenoid valve connected to feed line, until the temperature of the heat transfer fluid, namely the temperature of the mold back to the set value. If the die temperature is below the set point, the cooller will turn on the heater.

安全保護裝置

3、泵浦過載 熱繼電器保護泵浦過載并啟動緊急信號指示
4、缺油保護 油槽根據(jù)液位開關(guān)檢測油位防止缺油并啟動緊急信號指示
5、異常加熱 接觸器卡死異常加熱啟動緊急信號并指示
6、管道堵塞 BY-PASS泄壓回路保護泵浦
7、壓力異常 系統(tǒng)壓力異常自動停止加熱動作
8、排氣功能 設(shè)備運行120度時，自動停加熱計時排氣功能
9、短路-超溫 空氣開關(guān)-脫扣
