三、進(jìn)口電動(dòng)隔膜閥簡(jiǎn)介：
德國(guó)洛克進(jìn)口電動(dòng)隔膜閥由直行程電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和隔膜閥組成。電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)為電子式整體化結(jié)構(gòu)，內(nèi)有伺服放大器,輸入控制信號(hào)(4-20mADC或1-5VDC)及電源即可控制閥門開度,達(dá)到對(duì)壓力、流量、液位、溫度等工參數(shù)的調(diào)節(jié)。具有動(dòng)作靈敏、連線簡(jiǎn)單、流量大、體積小、調(diào)節(jié)精度高等特點(diǎn)。隔膜閥體流通平滑、節(jié)流元件為彈性隔膜閥，閥蓋上無填料函。因而閥流通能力比一般調(diào)節(jié)閥大且無泄漏，在許用壓差范圍內(nèi)可作切斷閥用。該閥適用于高粘性流體、懸浮狀顆粒、纖維介質(zhì)和有毒介質(zhì)、腐蝕性介質(zhì)的調(diào)節(jié)場(chǎng)合。
The imported electric diaphragm valve of de Locke is composed of direct stroke electric actuator and diaphragm valve. The electric actuator is an electronic integrated structure with a servo amplifier. The valve opening can be coolled by inputting the cool signal (4-20madc or 1-5vdc) and power supply, so as to adjust the wong parameters such as pressure, flow, liquid level and temperature. It has the characteristics of sensitive action, simple connection, large flow, small volume and high regulation accuracy. The flow of diaphragm valve body is smooth, the throttling element is elastic diaphragm valve, and there is no stuffing box on the valve cover. Therefore, the flow capacity of the valve is larger than that of the general cool valve without leakage, and it can be used as a shut-off valve within the allowable pressure difference range. The valve is suitable for the adjustment of high viscosity fluid, suspended particles, fiber medium, toxic medium and corrosive medium
