一、 用途
型材擠出過程中，為減少彎曲和扭曲現(xiàn)象，提高成品合格率，必須對型材進行導向和牽引。本機器采用直流馬達驅(qū)動，PLC可編程電腦控制，具有自動化程度高，操作簡單，性能穩(wěn)定等特點，更可配合自動出口鋸與擠壓機實現(xiàn)完全聯(lián)動生產(chǎn)。
二、工作原理
牽引機主要由動力機構(gòu)、夾料裝置和牽引車行走路軌三大部分組成。夾料裝置的鉗口采用兩側(cè)開合讓位、配合漸開線弧形夾片帶反向自鎖牙群組成，液壓驅(qū)動；牽引主機用直流馬達經(jīng)減速箱帶動主軸齒輪，主軸齒輪咬合固定在路軌上的鏈條，實現(xiàn)來回直線運動，配低壓直流碟剎制動。
