1.切割平臺/ wong table
①可以進行全方位、任意平面、曲線的切割/it can cuts in omni-directional,free plane,curve.
②結(jié)構(gòu)合理、性能穩(wěn)定、切削速度快、精度高/with a reasonable construction ,steady performance,quick cutting speed and high precision.
③傳動系統(tǒng)中伺服電機、絲桿導(dǎo)軌均采用國際知名品牌/•adopted world famous brand servomotor,ballscrew and linear rolling guide.
④平臺采用不銹鋼防護罩/•the platform adopted stainless steel protecting cover.
⑤水、砂、均采用氣電聯(lián)動控制、穩(wěn)定可靠，提高工作效率/•water and sand are adopted gas-electricity linkage cool which is reliable,steady and enhances the wong efficiency.
2.高壓發(fā)生器 /high pressure generator
①可以根據(jù)需要設(shè)置系統(tǒng)壓力和切削速度/it can adjust the system pressure and cutting speed as per the users’ demand
②系統(tǒng)有壓力設(shè)定警報等安全保護裝置/the system is with security protectors ,such as the pressure setting alarm.
③增壓器主要高壓零件(高壓缸,高壓活塞桿,高壓密封,高壓管線等)進口/major h-p parts imported(cylinder,plunger ,h-p seal,h-p tubing)
④高壓密封圈采用特殊材料加工而成，壽命長/the high pressure sealing washers are made by special materials and have long life.
⑤設(shè)備零件加工工藝先進、精度高、互換性能好/the accessories processed by advanced technical.lt has high precision and good interchange capability.
全電子換向和軟啟動，使系統(tǒng)壓力運行平穩(wěn)/direction changed by electrical motion and with soft startup .it makes the system operate steadily.
3. cnc 操作系統(tǒng) /cnc coolling system
