一、企業(yè)概況 洛陽申耐電力設(shè)備有限公司成立于2012年11月，是一家以生產(chǎn)中高頻電源，感應(yīng)加熱設(shè)備、熱處理設(shè)備為主的的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)（編號GR201941001680），注冊資金2100萬元，總經(jīng)理郭志強，法人代表郭延強。 洛陽申耐電力設(shè)備有限公司作為申耐品牌的發(fā)起者，經(jīng)過近10年的發(fā)展，目前已經(jīng)形成了以洛陽申耐電力設(shè)備有限公司為核心，以遼寧申耐電氣科技有限公司、洛陽三永智能設(shè)備科技有限公司兩大生產(chǎn)基地為基礎(chǔ)、以洛陽申耐進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易有限公司為先鋒的戰(zhàn)略格局。 二、發(fā)展歷程 2.1、2012年總經(jīng)理郭志強與技術(shù)總監(jiān)郭延強共同發(fā)起成立洛陽申耐電力設(shè)備有限公司。經(jīng)歷了創(chuàng)業(yè)周期的困頓，也經(jīng)歷了拓展市場的艱辛，公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定提升，服務(wù)體系日臻完善，市場體逐漸完備，特別是科技含量十足的串聯(lián)感應(yīng)設(shè)備序列，覆蓋了國內(nèi)大部分的市場。 2.2、2013年10月，主席提出“一帶一路”的倡議，公司決策者敏銳的覺察到“一帶一路”賦予我們的廣闊前景，開始逐漸調(diào)查和接觸國外市場。2015年，公司正式成立外貿(mào)部，進(jìn)軍海外市場，隨著外貿(mào)市場的快速增長，2019年5月，公司入駐洛陽市北航科技園，洛陽申耐進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易有限公司宣告成立。 2.3、為保障中亞、中東歐、原獨聯(lián)體7國的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)，同時也是為了拓展東北市場的需求，2020年1月由洛陽申耐電力設(shè)備有限公司發(fā)起成立遼寧申耐電氣科技有限公司（遼寧彰武產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)），法人代表：王相懿。2020年8月投產(chǎn)。 2.4、2020年8月，在遼寧申耐電氣科技公司有限公司投產(chǎn)的同時，總經(jīng)理郭志強召開董事會，決定回到家鄉(xiāng)汝陽進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)。同年9月，經(jīng)過與汝陽縣產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)對接，借助汝陽縣縣委提出的“騰籠換鳥”政策，成立洛陽申耐電力設(shè)備有限公司汝陽分公司，擬建設(shè)年產(chǎn)500套感應(yīng)加熱設(shè)備、傳熱設(shè)備、除塵設(shè)備建設(shè)項目。預(yù)計2022年10月冷卻設(shè)備生產(chǎn)線建成試產(chǎn)，2023年試產(chǎn)。市場需求持續(xù)增加，2022年1月，汝陽生產(chǎn)基地更名為洛陽三永智能設(shè)備科技有限公司開展業(yè)務(wù)。 2.5、截止2020年底，我公司產(chǎn)品基本上實現(xiàn)國內(nèi)市場全輻射（西藏除外），同時建立遼寧（彰武）申耐電氣科技有限公司一個生產(chǎn)基地及廣東（花都）、山西（太谷）、河北（隆堯）、山東（濰坊）、湖南（嘉禾）、安徽（巢湖）、河南（禹州）、寧夏（石嘴山）八個辦事處。產(chǎn)品出口俄羅斯、哈薩克斯坦、烏茲別克斯坦、烏克蘭、蒙古、塔吉克斯坦、巴基斯坦、伊朗、敘利亞、埃塞俄比亞、法國、格魯吉亞、加拿大、菲律賓、馬來西亞、南非、蘇丹、老撾等數(shù)十個國家和地區(qū)。 三、技術(shù)力量 3.1洛陽申耐電力設(shè)備有限公司擁有的研發(fā)中心“洛陽市串聯(lián)諧振感應(yīng)設(shè)備智能化企業(yè)研發(fā)中心”，技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊年產(chǎn)出知識產(chǎn)權(quán)5-10項。累計知識產(chǎn)權(quán)達(dá)到27項。公司先后通過了ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，知識產(chǎn)權(quán)體系認(rèn)證，歐盟CE認(rèn)證等。 3.2、公司組建了以清華大學(xué)李樹信教授為核心的團(tuán)隊，包括總工程師國務(wù)院工程技術(shù)津貼獲得者耿標(biāo)同志、河南科技大學(xué)王順興教授，國內(nèi)中頻爐行業(yè)精英沈春安同志。法人代表、技術(shù)總監(jiān)郭延強同志已經(jīng)成為申耐電力技術(shù)團(tuán)隊的核心。其本人先后出版《串聯(lián)諧振逆變電源的節(jié)能設(shè)計理論》、《串聯(lián)諧振逆變電源的節(jié)能設(shè)計方法與調(diào)試》、《節(jié)能技術(shù)探析（并聯(lián)型中頻電源節(jié)能設(shè)計）》等學(xué)術(shù)論著，2021年度，郭延強同志獲得老城區(qū)“靚麗科技工作者稱號”。 3.3、由申耐電力技術(shù)團(tuán)隊共同研發(fā)，總工程師耿標(biāo)挑頭負(fù)責(zé)的“中高頻電源物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)研究”大型課題研發(fā)項目已經(jīng)取得成功，在此技術(shù)上產(chǎn)出的第七代中頻電爐、感應(yīng)加熱設(shè)備已經(jīng)穩(wěn)居國內(nèi)先進(jìn)行列。在智能化設(shè)備的研發(fā)和制造上，申耐已經(jīng)走在了前列。 3.4、科技感十足的申耐電爐先后多次參加上海國際鑄造博覽會，同時代表河南參加德國鑄造展。獲得了客戶的認(rèn)同，申耐品牌已經(jīng)成為中國制造的一張名片。 3.5、 強勁的研發(fā)實力和市場拓展能力已經(jīng)成為申耐穩(wěn)步運行的基石。申耐電力將以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)為亮點，實現(xiàn)智能化車間建設(shè)和智能化設(shè)備批量產(chǎn)出。我公司已經(jīng)加入洛陽市體質(zhì)倍增計劃，預(yù)計至2023年實現(xiàn)銷售收入超億元，同時成為河南省小巨人企業(yè)，打造一個省級的技術(shù)中心。
