本生產(chǎn)線是對(duì)A6061變形鋁合金板材進(jìn)行開卷固溶、清洗、矯平、時(shí)效等工序，從而得到穩(wěn)定均勻的熱處理質(zhì)量和良好外觀為目的。
板材的規(guī)格范圍：厚度：4mm～140mm；寬度：900～1600mm；長(zhǎng)度：7000mm；板材重量約4.31噸（鋁合金6061的密度為2.75g/cm³）
生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)能力為1000噸/月以上。

本生產(chǎn)線的特點(diǎn)：
1.采用單導(dǎo)環(huán)滾底式運(yùn)送方式，簡(jiǎn)單可靠，便于維修，并徹底解除了熱膨脹帶來的影響。工件從溶體化爐處理完了到完全浸入水中時(shí)間少于15秒，確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；
2.采用熱風(fēng)循環(huán)方式，提高了傳熱效率及爐氣溫度的均勻性，爐內(nèi)工件實(shí)體溫差精度可控制在±5℃以內(nèi)；
3.采用PID-OFF控制方式，升溫均勻，節(jié)能效果好；
4.爐體采用夾層結(jié)構(gòu)，中間襯入絕熱纖維，并在纖維層間夾入鋁箔。從而大大提高了爐體氣密性，并減少了散熱損失；

5.充分利用排煙余熱，將溶體化爐排煙導(dǎo)入時(shí)效爐內(nèi)，從而可使時(shí)效爐大幅節(jié)能；
6.可處理鋁合金各種型號(hào)、規(guī)格、尺寸的板材：輪轂、活塞、氣缸蓋、進(jìn)氣歧管、泵體等鋁合金部件，并可具有除砂功能；
