一、開槽參數(shù) (tank set up parameters)

硫酸亞錫（tin sulfate）：5～10 g/l  硫酸鎳（nickel sulfate）：18～25 g/l

試劑硫酸Sulfuric acid ( reagent) ：15～20g/l  DBR-602：20～25 g/l

二、控制參數(shù) (coolling parameters)

硫酸亞錫 （tin sulfate）：3～10 g/l,   溫  度 （Temperature）：20±2 ℃

硫酸鎳 （Nickel sulfate）：15～25 g/l   電  壓 （Voltage）：12～18 V

游離硫酸 （Free Sulfuric acid）：15～20 g/l   PH：0.8～1.2

時(shí)間 Time：1～10min（根據(jù)顏色深淺確定, depends on the color density）

三、維護(hù)和管理 (maintenance and cool)

1、根據(jù)化驗(yàn)結(jié)果來(lái)確定添加相應(yīng)的組分，槽液酸度一般控制在PH值在0.8—1.2。一般情況下，各著色組分消耗在著色材料為400-600m2/噸時(shí)：硫酸亞錫 2～3.5kg/ton  硫酸鎳 1～2.5kg/ton  試劑硫酸1～1.5kg/ton  DBR-602 ：2～3.5kg/ton

  The consumption of the solution is depending on the testing result, the PH value should be coolled between 0.8 – 1.2. Under normal situation, the consumption of the chemical for aluminium with surface area between 400 – 600 m2 /ton are: Tin sulfate : 2～3.5 kg/ton, Nickel sulfate 1～2.5 kg/ton, Sulfuric acid reagent 1～1.5 kg/ton, DBR-602：2～3.5 kg/ton

2、嚴(yán)格控制槽液溫度，溫度過(guò)高著色色底發(fā)暗、不鮮艷。溫度過(guò)低著色困難。

  The tank liquid temperature should be tightly coolled. The base color will become darker with higher temperature; coloring becomes difficult if the temperature is too low.

3、配置過(guò)濾裝置定期清理槽中沉淀物，以免沉渣過(guò)多影響著色

  The tank solution should be filtered regularly, to ensure good coloring result.
