三、維護(hù)和管理 (maintenance and cool)
1.每天檢測槽液中DBR-603濃度并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果及時補(bǔ)加調(diào)整；處理100m2約消耗DBR-603：0.6～1Kg。

2.正常生產(chǎn)時PH值呈上升趨勢，每天需檢測一次PH值，并用草酸調(diào)整至工藝范圍內(nèi)；如PH值偏低則說明帶入酸水過多，需控制染色前水洗PH值≥4.5。
The PH value rising when produce, it should measured PH value and used oxalic acid adjusted the scope of technology parameter; the acidic water is brought too much if the PH value indicated in low , it need to cool the rinse water PH value ≥ 4.5 before dying.
3.不生產(chǎn)時須加蓋槽液以防污染；并把PH值下調(diào)至4.5且每班檢測一次PH值，以防PH值過高（≥5.5）導(dǎo)致有效成分分解。

4.長期生產(chǎn)槽液或多或少會有沉淀物產(chǎn)生，要定期過濾或倒槽清理沉淀物。
