一、開槽參數(shù) (tank set up parameters)
DBR-701：4～6g/L
二、控制參數(shù) (coolling parameters)
Ni2+：0.8～1.5g/l Fˉ：0.2～0.6g/l
PH：5.5～6.5 溫度 (Temperature) ：20～30℃
時間 (Time) ： 1.2～1.8um/min
三、維護和管理 (maintenance and coolling)
1、正常情況下槽液工藝參數(shù)：Ni2+=0.8~1.2g/l 、F-=0.3~0.6g/l、PH =5.5~6.5。
Under normal condition, the tank liquid parameter should be Ni2+=0.8~1.2g/l 、F-=0.3~0.6g/l、PH =5.5~6.5.
2、根據(jù)化驗槽液的結(jié)果來確定添加量。一般情況下每生產(chǎn)一噸料約消耗DBR-701：1.0~1.5kg（以10um計）。
The amount of solution to be added is depending on the testing result, under normal condition, each ton of aluminium profile consuming DBR-701: 1.0kg (for 10um)
3、生產(chǎn)過程中控制pH值在5.5～6.5，過高用稀醋酸（或稀氫氟酸）調(diào)節(jié)其pH值、過低用稀氫氧化鈉（或稀氨水）溶液調(diào)節(jié)其pH值。
Manage to cool the PH value between 5.5～6.5 during the production, If the PH is too much high then could adjust by acetic acid , adjusting by the ammonia water to if the PH is too much low.
