設備概述
鋁型材擠出過程中，偉減少彎曲和扭曲現(xiàn)象，提高成品合格率，必須對擠出過程中的型材進行導向和牽引。牽引機采用單直流調速器驅動直流電機傳動，PLC編程器控制（牽引機架的PLC，與主電柜PLC實行數(shù)據(jù)通信），準確控制牽引力大小和速度，具有自動化程度高，操作簡單，性能穩(wěn)定等特點。配有出口自動鋸實現(xiàn)聯(lián)動生產。更可配合一出多模具生產，產能得到進一步提升。
設備特點
1.新型主副軌道設計。主軌定位，副軌導向，使車體摩擦阻力更小，行走更順暢。
2.自創(chuàng)多足爪手，能同時抓住單根或多根型材，配合一模多出或一根料多次鋸切生產，在質量提高的同時產能同時提高。
