新型牽引機(jī)介紹（具體生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)會(huì)有所創(chuàng)新）
出于傳統(tǒng)使用的各種單牽引機(jī)普遍存在故障率高、沖擊大、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)性差、起動(dòng)控制性
能差 、電耗高、維修成本大、維修難度大等缺陷，為解決以上諸多問題，現(xiàn)研制了此新型牽引
機(jī)；本機(jī)型具以下幾方面特點(diǎn) ：
1、使用新型軌道，大大提高了導(dǎo)向精度，使?fàn)恳^運(yùn)行更平穩(wěn)、阻力更小；
2、夾料機(jī)頭不安裝夾料動(dòng)力裝置，機(jī)頭重量僅 100 公斤，是普通機(jī)頭重量的 1/4，從而
使得運(yùn)行過程沖擊小、起停靈敏，有效的提高了控制性能，同時(shí)牽引電機(jī)功率也降低
了 1/3；
3、夾料機(jī)頭無控制箱及控制元件，無須為機(jī)頭控制系統(tǒng)故障而操心，極大的減少了故障
率，也降低了維修難度；無滑觸線和集電器等重要易損件，減少了使用維護(hù)成本；
4、牽引電機(jī)使用 4/8 極雙速變頻電機(jī) ，使?fàn)恳龣C(jī)低速牽引時(shí)有足夠的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行頻率 ，消
除了低速牽引時(shí)爬行及牽引力不穩(wěn)的問題；
5、本機(jī)型使用雙鋼絲繩傳動(dòng)，靠擠壓機(jī)端安裝了夾料托板和壓爪動(dòng)作的氣動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)；
6、plc 以通訊方式控制變頻器參數(shù)，有效控制各速度段的起停和速度段間的平滑過渡，
使得運(yùn)行流暢可靠無沖擊，有效提高鋁材質(zhì)量；
7、本機(jī)型剎車系統(tǒng)主要是由 plc 通過變頻器進(jìn)行平滑剎車，機(jī)械剎車只用于停止位及
斷電保護(hù)剎車；
8、使用編碼器輸出定位信號，定位更準(zhǔn)確可靠；
9、本機(jī)可配套設(shè)計(jì)了安全圍欄，減少安全事故的發(fā)生.
