設(shè)備概述
本機用于擠壓機擠出型材時中斷（鋸切）作業(yè)，PLC變頻控制�？衫脭D壓機空程換棒的時間中斷鋸切；也可設(shè)定與擠壓出料相匹配的行走速度后，在型材交接痕處鋸切不停機，代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的人工鋸切作業(yè)。達(dá)到連續(xù)出料、自動中斷、操作簡便、節(jié)省人力、避免中斷鋸切時出現(xiàn)安全事故、提高產(chǎn)能和質(zhì)量的目的。
設(shè)備特點
1.新型主副軌道設(shè)計。主軌定位，副軌導(dǎo)向，使車體摩擦阻力更小，行走更順暢。
2.彈簧復(fù)位升降式托料滾筒設(shè)計，鋸臺始終與全程均布的托料滾筒面相平，托料滾筒遇到行走的鋸頭而自動避讓下降，全線密集均布滾筒，使型材出料保持平直。
3.新型鋸軸組件設(shè)計，換皮帶方便快捷。整體封閉式設(shè)計，潤滑油不外泄，鋁屑灰塵不進(jìn)入，使用壽命長。
4.鋸切推進(jìn)采用氣缸節(jié)流回路。慢速推進(jìn)，快速返回，速度可調(diào)穩(wěn)定。鋸座采用直線導(dǎo)軌，使用滑行順暢。
