u  產(chǎn)品特性

1.含適合的整平劑、緩蝕劑、光亮劑等，處理后表面光亮、平整、潔凈。有利于著色型材底色穩(wěn)定、色澤鮮艷。

2.對砂面處理的型材有特別增光漂白效果。

3.工藝簡單、操作方便、槽液易于維護，鋁材損耗、槽液沉淀少，無氣味散發(fā)，符合環(huán)保要求。

u  維護和管理                          

   1.每天分析一次總酸度，依分析結(jié)果及時調(diào)整；每補加1kg JB－B04總酸度可升高0.8～1.0點；處理100m2消耗JB－B04：0.6～0.8Kg。

     2.每天清理槽液表面不溶污物，避免起料時污物附著產(chǎn)品表面造成清洗困難。

     3.長期使用后,當(dāng)槽液中鋁離子積累過高時（30g/l）,應(yīng)部分或全部更換槽液。

u  包裝、貯存及保質(zhì)期

25kg塑料桶裝；避光、避堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u  Product Features

1.It contains leveling agent, corrosion inhibitor and brightener. Work piece will be bright, clean and smooth after treatment with this additive.

2.Effective specially for sand blasting surface, easy to use.

3.Simple maintenance of bath, less aluminum loss thus less precipitation, no odor and environmentally friendly.

u  Maintenance and cool

  1.Analyse the total acidity once a day. Every 1kg of JB-B04 added will increase acidity by 0.8 to 1.0g/l. Consumption rate is 0.6 to 0.8kg of additive for every 100m2 of surface treated.

   2. Regular cleaning of unresolved substances floating on bath surface to prevent contaimination of work piece.

   3.When aluminum ions increased to >30g/l after long time production, part or all bath solution should be changed.

u  Packing and Storage

25kg plastic bucket；Protect form heating, avoid alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and  prevent   leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature
