u 維護和管理
1.每天檢驗槽液中的Ni2+濃度及pH值；并根據分析結果及時補加調整。處理100m2約消耗JR-S04：0.2～0.3Kg。
2.正常生產時PH值呈上升趨勢，每班需檢驗一次PH值并用稀醋酸/稀硫酸調整；如PH值偏低則說明帶入酸水過多，需控制染色前水洗PH值≥4.5，此時需用稀氨水/稀氫氧化鈉調整。
3.長期生產槽液或多或少會有沉淀物產生，要定期過濾或倒槽清理沉淀物。
u 包裝、貯存及保質期
20kg紙箱裝；避光、避酸堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u Maintenance and coolling
1.Analyse the bath conceation of Ni2+ and PH value, according to the analysis results to adjust and add; the JR-S04 consumption is 0.2～0.3kg for each 100m2 treatment.
2. PH value will rise during production and should be measured regularly. Low PH value indicates too much dragged in acidic solution and should be adjusted with ammonia water or sodium hydroxide. Adjust with Dilute acetic/sulfuric acid if PH is too high.
3. White precipitation will occur after some time and should be removed.
u Packing and Storage
20kg carton pack；Protect form heating, avoid acid and alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and prevent leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature.
