u  維護(hù)和管理

1.根據(jù)化驗(yàn)槽液的結(jié)果來確定添加量。一般情況下每生產(chǎn)一噸鈦金料約消耗JB-C04：淺色為3～5Kg/ton；深色為6～10Kg/ton。

2.生產(chǎn)操作過程中著鈦金色只能加深不能退色，因此操作工必須為勝任的專職人員，小心操作。

3.著色槽不生產(chǎn)時，需用東西蓋好，防止其它帶入而受污染。

u  包裝、貯存及保質(zhì)期

25kg塑料桶裝；避光、避堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u  Maintenance and cool

1.Chemical consumption determined by laboratory testing result. Under normal condition the consumption of JB-C04 for every ton of Aluminium is: light color 3 ~ 5 kg/ton, deep color 6~10 kg/ton.

2.For this coloring process, the additive can only be added for deeper color, and not for lighter color, so it must be handled by skilled technician.

3.The coloring tank should be covered while not using to prevent contamination.

u  Packing and Storage

        25kg plastic bucket；Protect form heating, avoid alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and  prevent   leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature。
